Sales Representative – B2B | Discount Pipe & Steel
📍 Location: Pickton, Texas
💼 Full-Time | Base Salary + Bonuses + Uncapped Commission

Discount Pipe & Steel — a leader in steel distribution and the proud home of the Bad-Ass Ranch Gates — is looking for a B2B Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in relationship-driven sales, has a passion for helping businesses, and is ready to take charge of their earnings.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Proactively cold call and connect with business clients in construction, agriculture, and related industries

• Identify customer needs and present tailored steel product solutions

• Build and maintain strong, long-term B2B relationships

• Manage a consistent sales pipeline and meet/exceed revenue targets

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate delivery and support

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Proven sales experience (B2B preferred; steel or industrial product knowledge is a strong plus)

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage leads and follow-ups independently

• Goal-driven mindset with the desire to grow in a fast-paced environment
